Privacy & project inquiries

This notice covers project inquiries and website analytics.

What the form collects

When you submit a project inquiry, the site stores your name, email address, optional telephone number, location, service interest, optional budget and project details. It also records the submission time and, when available, campaign labels, the landing-page path, the referring website origin, and a Facebook click identifier when present. These details are kept in session storage for this browser tab as you move to the form; storage restrictions may prevent this.

Why those details are collected

The information is used to understand the project, confirm the area and respond to your request. Providing a phone number is optional. An inquiry does not book construction or authorize a charge.

Storage and access

Inquiries are saved in the site's database and are accessible to authorized staff through a private lead-management workspace and to the site owner through the hosting platform. The public site does not expose a list of submitted inquiries. Photos you attach are stored privately with your inquiry, are visible only to Petra, and are deleted on request through the same contact route. Hosting providers process data as needed to run the website and may maintain operational logs.

Marketing and tracking

We use Google Analytics to understand which pages people visit and how they interact with this website. Google Analytics may use cookies and process information about your browser, device and website activity. We do not add inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers or project details to analytics events.

Submitting the inquiry form is not a subscription to a marketing list. Campaign labels, if present in your link, help identify where an inquiry originated.

Corrections or deletion

Email petracustomceilings@gmail.com from the address you used, or use the project inquiry form with the same email address and write “Privacy request” in the project-details field, to ask for a correction or deletion. Avoid including sensitive information in your message.
